Not receiving eBulletins in your email?

Are your missing the eBulletins in your email Inbox?
U3A Bulletin emails are currently being blocked due to error "550 Rejected - Content Policy".
This error is affecting members with the following email addresses: IINet; AAPT; IIMetro; Internode; Ozemail; TPG; Webone; and Westnet. All these addresses are provisioned by The Messaging Company.
U3A is working on a fix for the problem and has contacted The Messaging Company.
In the meantime, if you are affected,
- access the online eBulletins
- If you have an alternate email address eg. gmail? Update Your Member Details to use it (or if you prefer contact and advise us of your "new" email address)
Some members have edited their (TMC) email settings and are now receiving eBulletins. To do this:-
- Sign in to The Messaging Company's webmail (Inbox should be showing)
- Top left of screen, under '+ NEW MESSAGE', go to 9 dots in a square shape to left of your email address
- Click on dots – opens drop-down menu – choose 'Settings' – then 'Mail'
- On 'Mail Settings' page – scroll down to 'Allow / Block Lists' – choose 'EDIT'
- Under 'Allow email addresses and domains (one per line):' add u3acanberra.org.au
- 'SAVE'
