2023 U3A AGM Registration Now Open

Members are strongly encouraged to register for and participate in this year's AGM to be held on Wednesday, 15 November at 2:00pm in the Hughes Community Centre Hall.

A quorum of 50 members is required for the AGM to proceed.

You can participate in the AGM either virtually or in person. To participate in the meeting, it is necessary to register. This can be done in one of the following ways:

• Online before the meeting to participate virtually by Zoom or by attending in person on the day; or
• Attending on the day of the AGM and registering before the meeting starts.

Online registration is now open and will close at midnight on Friday, 10 November. After that deadline, you can still register in person before the AGM starts. If you do opt to participate online, you will be sent the Zoom link to access the AGM a couple of days before the meeting.
